SATURDAY 5 OCTOBER

    High Intensity Martial Arts with Tiff Hall - A full body workout with a martial arts twist combining taekwondo, boxing and MMA with conditioning exercises for a dynamic, fun and levelled up workout experience.

  • 11.30AM - CASS OLHOLM

    Full Body Conditioning with Cass Olholm - This workout will challenge your body’s stamina and cardiovascular capacity, with the aim of conditioning you to perform more work in less time. Through full body functional movements and a focus on metabolic training, this session is about building your engine, not just your frame.

  • 12.30PM - KATIE MARTIN

    Katie Martin - (HIIT Pilates) - Join Sweat trainer Katie Martin for a 30-minute HIIT Pilates session. Bringing together two styles of training into one full-body workout. Expect to have your muscles burning and your heart pumping in this fun, fast-moving workout. Suitable for any fitness level and ability.

  • 1.30PM - LIBBY BABET

    Beat-Driven HIIT Workout with Libby Babet - A music-lead, high-vibe workout designed to lift your body, mind and soul. A mix of mat toning and dance cardio styles.

  • 2.30PM - CHONTEL DUNCAN

    NEUFORM Sculpt with Chontel Duncan - Join Australia's no.1 Fitness Leader, Chontel Duncan and experience NEUFORM Live!

    Zumba with Carolina Arias from Zumba Australia - A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

    Katie Martin - (Mat Pilates) Join Sweat trainer Katie Martin for a 30-minute Pilates workout. Bringing things back to basics, this full-body workout is going to work each and every muscle. Do not be fooled by the low intensity of this workout - expect your core, glutes and legs to be on fire. This low-impact workout is suitable for any fitness level and ability.

  • 1.30PM - SHONA VERTUE

    Vertue Method Stretch with Shona Vertue - Discover the art of flexibility with Vertue Method Stretch, a gymnastics-based class suitable for all levels. Led by an experienced ex-elite gymnast and dancer, this class combines active and passive stretching techniques, supported in the scientific literature on flexibility, designed to increase your range of motion. Each session concludes with a soothing yoga meditation, leaving you relaxed and rejuvenated.

  • 3.15PM - YOGA

    Breathe and BE with Gabrielle Boswell from Yoga Australia. Enjoy a gentle breath-based movement practice designed to Calm, Ground and Soothe your nervous system.

WORKOUT STAGE INFORMATION:

  • SPACES ARE LIMITED FOR EACH SESSION AND ENTRY WILL BE ON A FIRST COME FIRST IN BASIS.

  • MATS WILL BE PROVIDED, PARTICIPANTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO BRING A DRINK BOTTLE AND TOWEL TO WORKOUTS.

  • EACH SESSION WILL GO FOR 45 MINUTES, PARTICIPANTS ARE ASKED TO EXIT THE SPACE QUICKLY AFTER THEIR WORKOUT TO ALLOW THE FOLLOWING SESSION TO COMMENCE.

  • ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST COMPLETE AND SIGN A WAIVER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE WORKOUT.

  • PARTICIPANTS MUST BE 16 YEARS OF AGE AS A MINIMUM AND PARENTAL CONSENT MUST BE PROVIDED FOR ANY PARTICIPANT UNDER THE AGE OF 18, PLEASE CONTACT US AT HELLO@FITHER TO OBTAIN A COPY OF THE WAIVER FORM TO BE COMPLETED BY A PARENT IF YOU ARE BETWEEN 16-18 YEARS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
