The Fither EXPO launchED its first event in Sydney in OCTOBER 2023 and it was epic.

Featuring fitness, fashion, beauty, health, wellness and retail brands, the two-day event was a spectacular weekend for women to connect, explore new brands, products and services and ultimately shop!
FitHer Expo also hosted a line-up of Australia’s top fitness, health and wellness names on stage delving into the stories of our most-admired women and sharing their tips and motivation to deliver great fitness outcomes for body, mind and life.
And the Workout Stage, well that was huge will full sessions both days!
