FITHER Sydney 2023 FAQ’s for visitors

  • The event will be open during the following times:
    Saturday 7 October – 10am to 5pm
    Sunday 8 October – 10am to 4pm

  • The FitHer Expo will be held in Hall 1, at the International Convention Centre, Darling Harbour Sydney.

  • The event is free to attend, but you do need to register for tickets, this can be done here: https://bit.ly/fithertickets
    We will be releasing a VIP experience shortly that will have a cost attached to this, full details will be announced soon.

  • Yes, we will have a registration desk at the expo, however we suggest registering prior to arrival to save some time.

  • Yes, the ICC provides undercover parking. The car park has direct lift access to the centre. The entrances to the car parks can be easily found by heading south along Darling Drive. Note: the first section of parking in P1 provides the closest access to EXPO HALL 1.

  • We’ll have a range of brands at the show across many categories of fashion, fitness, nutrition, food and beverage, beauty, travel and more. We’ll be releasing our exhibitor directory in the coming weeks, be sure to follow us on social media and sign up to our email newsletter to be notified when this is released.

  • Yes, absolutely! I would recommend payment via card as the ICC is a cashless venue, however ATMs can be found at the adjacent Harbourside Shopping Centre and Darling Quarter.

  • Our workout stage program can be found here: https://www.fither.au/workoutstage we will be announcing our main speaker stage in the next few days!

  • All live workouts and the speakers’ stage will be free for attendees. Due to limited space in the live workout area, this will be a ticketed event with limited tickets available and it will be on a first come first served basis.

  • We recommend that you bring a drink bottle and towel with you for the live workout, mats will be provided for sessions which these are required for.

  • We will have a restaurant and kiosk at the event providing healthy meal and snack options catering for a range of dietary requirements. If you have specific allergies or food requirements, you are welcome to bring your own.

  • No animals or pets, with the exception of Guide or Service dogs, are permitted in the venue except as an approved exhibit, activity, or performance requiring the use of animals.
